🌙Booking Policies
Thank you so much for choosing Lively Esthetics. My intention is to create a space that’s respectful, intentional, and aligned—for both of us. Please review the following policies before booking your treatment.
-
Life happens, and I get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
No-shows and cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the service fee.If you’re running late, please text me as soon as you can. I’ll do my best to accommodate, but arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled service. The full service fee will still apply, even if we need to adjust the treatment to fit the remaining time. This helps me stay on schedule and honor the time of every client that day.
-
You won’t find these services listed on my online booking page—and here’s why:
Microneedling and chemical peels are powerful treatments with beautiful results—but they’re not “first facial” options. They require:
A strong, healthy skin barrier
Consistent, supportive home care
A mutual understanding of how your skin responds over time
Because these treatments carry risks like irritation or scarring when done too soon or without prep, I only offer them after we’ve established a relationship through a few foundational facials.
This isn’t gatekeeping—it’s integrity. Your long-term skin health matters more than rushing results.
If you're interested in corrective work, we’ll start with a custom facial or targeted ritual (like Nano-Infusion), and build your skin plan from there.
-
A card is required to reserve your appointment. No charges will be made unless the cancellation policy is violated. Clients with a history of frequent cancellations may be asked to pre-pay in full when booking future appointments. This helps protect my time and ensures availability stays fair for everyone.
Payment is due at time of service. I accept card, cash, or Venmo. -
You don’t have to arrive makeup-free—but if you’re comfortable doing so, it can be helpful. It allows us to spend more time on treatment and less on cleansing. Either way, come as you are.
Bring your questions, your skin goals, or even your current product lineup - we’ll walk through it together. No “bad” skin here. No shame. Just support.

Reach out anytime via text at 417-319-4440 or email ashley@livelyspringfield.com. I’m happy to guide you to the right treatment or answer anything that’s on your mind.

🤰Pregnancy & Breastfeeding Considerations
Whether you're expecting, newly postpartum, or nursing, your skin is going through big changes — and your safety is my priority. While many treatments can be safely customized, some services or ingredients may need to be avoided or adjusted during this time.
-
✒️ Microneedling – Not recommended due to risk of inflammation + open channels
🍋 Chemical Peels – Most acids are too strong; we’ll stick to enzyme-based glow instead
⚡ Microcurrent – Not FDA-approved for pregnancy
🔌 High-Frequency – Avoided out of caution
💡 LED (certain types) – Red light is generally safe, but consult your provider
🕯️ Waxing – Safe, but skin may be more sensitive (especially during pregnancy)
-
These services can be pregnancy/postpartum-friendly with small adjustments:
🧪 Nano-Infusion – Can be customized with pregnancy-safe serums (avoid retinol + strong actives)
💧 Hydrodermabrasion – Typically safe with adjusted pressure + product choices
🌿 Gua Sha – Gentle pressure only; lymphatic support is often helpful!
🕊️ Custom Facials (like Hush & Heal + The Nesting Ritual) – Perfect for calming, rehydrating, and reconnecting
💡 LED Light Therapy – Blue light often safe; red/NIR with provider approval
👁️ Brows + Lashes – Generally safe, though sensitivities may increase
-
⚠️ Your skin may be more reactive — let’s go slow and soothing
🩺 Always check with your care provider before any advanced service
🤢 Let me know about any nausea, sensitivity to smells, or pressure points to avoid
💦 Hydration, lymphatic flow, and barrier support are key during this season
